It's rarely busy and you can buy tea gift boxes, teacup sets, and t-shirts in addition to loose leaf teas. If you're very serious about tea, you can get fancy teapots and teacups here. If you're unsure of what you want, just ask whoever's working. I've never felt rushed and service has always been pleasant. The lychee black tea smelled incredible and tasted good too. ”

“ A great tea shop find in San Francisco! We stumbled across Aroma Tea Shop while looking for a nearby bakery and what a find. There are a huge number of loose leave tea choices, sold by the ounce. The owner was super knowlegeable and happy to brew us a few samples. The Lychee Strawberry is a great cold brew Ice Tea and the Vanilla Black tea is my current favorite. The real find of the day was the Earl Grey Chocolate bar, I can't wait to go back and get that again. ”
